The Mingsha Mountain and Yueya Spring are located in Dunhuang City at the
western end of the Hexi Corridor in China's northwest Gansu Province.
Dunhuang used to be a famous and important town along the ancient Silk
Road as well as a meeting place of the Chinese and Western cultures
during the long history of cultural exchanges between China and the
Western world. Integrating the essence of Chinese and Western cultures,
the world-famous Dunhuang Culture left behind many cultural treasures for
humanity.
