The 2005 China International Fashion Week presented a children's school
uniform collection show. The designer blended children's clothing with
innovative fashion, illustrating the dreams and lives of children. China
has 300 million teenagers and children, but lacks professional
manufacturers of children's clothing. Liu Yang, a noted fashion designer,
took the initiative to cooperate with domestic clothing manufacturers to
develop the youth market. Famous models Chen Juanhong and Cheng Jun,
together with child models from more than ten countries, show off the
latest children's clothing on the catwalk.
